1994 - Koki (光希) was born in Hong Kong to an American father and Japanese mother. They relocated to the quiet Texas suburbs to raise their family shortly after.

2008 - Began playing guitar & writing songs after his older brother brought home a couple guitars.

2013 - Moves to NYC

2014 - Begin’s work with Bora Kim, Karin Kuroda, Samantha Shao, Sime Kosta, Frankie DaPonte Jr., David Alexander, Tarion Taylor, Hunter Kohl, and Benjamin Hostetler to for EXP Edition, the non-korean K-Pop boyband.

2016 - Moves to Seoul, South Korea with EXP Edition. Learning Korean, recording music, and performing around the country and in Japan.

2018 - Moves in LA

2022 - Co-founded PLAYDO Community with Renee Kester.
